How long is each session?

Red Light Therapy sessions usually last around 20 minutes. Hyperbaric Oxygen sessions typically run for 60–90 minutes we recommend 90 minutes, as it’s the most researched and effective duration.

What should I wear?

Wear something comfortable! For Red Light Therapy, less clothing allows more skin exposure (many wear swimwear or underwear). For HBOT, just cozy, breathable clothing is perfect.

Is it safe?

Yes, both therapies are safe, non-invasive, and backed by research. The hyperbaric chamber has a clear glass door, and there’s a phone inside so you can reach us anytime. You’re always monitored and supported.

Will I feel anything during the session?

Red Light Therapy feels warm and relaxing, like sunshine without the UV. In the Hyperbaric Chamber, you may feel some pressure in your ears ,similar to flying, but it quickly passes.

How many sessions do I need?

That depends on your goals. Some people notice a difference after just one session, while others come regularly for ongoing recovery and wellness. For more chronic or severe conditions, a 3-month protocol tends to deliver the best results.

Can I combine both therapies?

According to experts and research, combining Red Light Therapy and Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy is recommended for best results. Red Light enhances recovery and skin health, while HBOT works on deeper, cellular repair.
